I was recently interviewed by @voyagehouston . It I was recently interviewed by @voyagehouston . It was an honor to share my story about going from engineer to mom to blogger to author!
Check out the last slide where I share about my next exciting project: I’m working on my 3rd book! This one is for younger kids (babies through preschoolers). It’s still a work in progress, but I can’t wait to share more about this book in the next few months. 😃

We got Tisoso acrylic markers and my girls were so We got Tisoso acrylic markers and my girls were so excited to use them!
First they used to them to add more color, details, and decorations to their 3D prints. These markers worked well to color the prints, and we found that when we made a mistake we could wipe off the marker with a wet paper towel.
My daughters also love painting rocks. Normally we have to get acrylic paints and paint brushes. It’s messy and they can’t always be as detailed as they want with a paintbrush. These markers aren’t messy and they can add more detailed patterns to the rocks. They like to put their painted rocks in our yard for decoration.
If you are doing lots of 3D prints like we are, or your kids love to paint rocks, I highly recommend these markers. We were impressed with the quality and the colors were vibrant and fun.
You can buy these markers on Amazon. Check my stories for a link or you can DM me for it!

In my book “The Amazing Book of STEM”, I encourage In my book “The Amazing Book of STEM”, I encourage kids to be curious and test multiple ways to do each experiment. In this video I show you 4 different column sizes and configurations we tested, and compared the results.
The diameter, height, and number of columns all affected how many books we could stack.
We tested even more shapes in my original post from 2020, which I’ll share in my stories.
I hope you save these videos and try it later with your kids. Encourage them to be curious and try different sizes, shapes, and configurations!
Let us know which works best for you!
And don’t forget to check out my two books, “The Amazing Book of STEM” and “STEAM Activity Journal” on Amazon! 🤩
